We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our team at JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks and resolving guest repair requests.
About the Role:
- Respond to and attend to guest repair requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues with minimal supervision.
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
- Inspect tools, equipment, or machines to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent and vocational or technical background.
- Extensive experience and training in general maintenance, electrical or refrigeration, parts inventory and requisition, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.
- At least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience.
