About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Pallet Repair professional to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing pallets using manual nailing techniques, operating power tools, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Construct pallets using manual nailing techniques
  • Operate air hammer, hammers, drills, and other power tools as needed
  • Remove nails from incorrectly nailed pallets using a nail claw
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Read blueprints and measure wood pieces accurately
  • Label and organize products correctly

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in construction, roofing, or woodworking is preferred
  • Prolonged standing and repetitive bending may be required
  • Lifting up to 65 pounds (29 kilograms) may be necessary on occasion

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000-$60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
