As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Supervise and evaluate nursing staff, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information, including medical records and incident reports.

Requirements:
