Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Quality Talent Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the weekend nursing staff and ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and support to nursing staff on the weekend shift, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and training to provide high-quality care.
- Resident Care: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure that all needs are met and concerns are addressed.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including progress notes, medication administration records, and other relevant documentation.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and activities to ensure that our nursing services are meeting the highest standards of care.
- Education: Current RN license and a minimum of 3 years of experience in long-term care.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in electronic health records (EHRs) and other relevant software systems.
