Job Description

This role requires exceptional technical expertise, leadership skills, and ability to manage cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of HPC solutions, working closely with engineers and system administrators.

  • Technical Support and Coordination: Provide technical support, coordination, and execution of engineering activities for hardware, platforms, and software development and deployment.
  • Process Development: Define processes for technical platforms, system specifications, input/output and working parameters for hardware and/or software compatibility.
  • System Documentation: Lead the development and maintenance of system documentation, diagrams, and models in collaboration with team members.
  • Tech Roadmap Planning: Obtain a solid understanding of hardware and software features to plan for engineering requirements and roadmaps.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BS in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience in computer science, systems development, product development, system engineering, or a related field.
  • Current/active TS/SCI security clearance and willingness to obtain CI polygraph.
  • Experience in leading professional staff, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $127,000.00 - $270,000.00, depending on location and qualifications.
