Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Home Health Opportunity in Connecticut

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in a home health setting. As an Occupational Therapist with Healthpro Heritage, you will have the opportunity to work with adults in various settings, including Cheshire, Southington, Wolcott, Prospect, Meriden, and Wallingford.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure in the state of practice
