Job Title: Local Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled Local Truck Driver to join our team at ADM in Charlotte, NC. As a Local Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting products to customers in the local area.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time, local driving position with routes home daily. The ideal candidate will have a Class A CDL with tanker endorsement and at least 2 years of verifiable OTR or local tractor trailer experience in the last 7 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan trips, manage unforeseen circumstances, and sit for several hours at a time while operating equipment.
  • Load, unload, and transport product according to ADM and customer requirements.
  • Follow all government, company, and customer policies and regulations, including FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, DOL, and GMP.
Requirements:
  • 24 years of age or older
  • 2 years of verifiable OTR or local tractor trailer experience in the last 7 years
  • Class A Commercial Driver's License REQUIRED
  • Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture
  • Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
  • No more than one moving violation within the last 3 years
  • Able to pass DOT Physical, drug screen, and lift test prior to employment
