About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-time Dishwasher at Gilmour Academy in Gates Mills, OH.

As a Part-time Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using a dish machine or by hand
  • Maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
  • Placing clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas
  • Receiving and organizing product from vendors
  • Sorting and removing trash, and placing it in designated pickup areas
  • Cleaning and rotating the walk-in cooler
  • Exhibiting knowledge of standard cleaning methods and equipment used in dishwashing work
  • Ability to exert continuous physical effort, including frequent bending, walking, and lifting
  • Previous dishwashing experience is preferred
  • Superior customer service standards
  • Ability to maintain a safe work environment
