Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Greenville, SC. As a contract SLP, you will work with students in an educational setting, providing assessment, therapy, and consultation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Therapy: Conduct comprehensive assessments of students referred for speech and language needs, and provide individual and group therapy sessions to address identified disorders.
  • Case Management: Develop and implement individualized education plans, and maintain accurate records for all students on your caseload.
  • Consultation and Collaboration: Work with teachers, counselors, parents, and administrators to address speech and language concerns, and provide consultation services to support student success.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular progress reports to parents, and maintain open communication with school staff and administrators.
Requirements
  • South Carolina SLP License: Possess a valid South Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license.
  • SLP Certification: Hold certification through the Department of Education.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of South Carolina Special Education Procedures: Possess up-to-date knowledge of South Carolina Special Education procedures and best practices for SLPs in school settings.
