Job Description

This position involves supervising and directing frontend activities in the absence of the Customer Service Manager, ensuring they contribute to the financial best interests of the store. You will be responsible for accurate transaction processing, return handling, stock management, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

To excel in this position, you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in computer applications, and basic accounting principles. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are also essential.

The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000-$70,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
