Become part of a physician-led multispecialty group with a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care. Our team at Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Nampa, Idaho, a Level III Trauma center, serves the region in providing the highest quality, close-to-home care for ill and injured patients of the west-central Treasure Valley.
We offer a wide array of case mix to include General, Orthopedic, OB/GYN, ENT, Plastics, and Urologic. Our hospital-employed W2 position provides a stable and secure work environment.
Our physicians and CRNAs work within a highly collaborative environment of mutual respect and dedication to patient care. Our supervision model has a max 4:1 ratio, ensuring a supportive and productive work environment.
Physicians are expected to be scheduled for 2,060 hours annually to maintain 1.0 FTE status. Call is shared equally among team members.
To be eligible for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
- Have completed an ACGME-accredited anesthesiology residency program.
- Be board-certified through the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA) or the American Osteopathic Board of Anesthesiology (AOBA) or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment.
- Obtain Idaho medical licensure and granting of privileges at SARMC and other health system-affiliated hospitals as needed; valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
