We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Hospitalist to join our team at Akron Children's Hospital.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physician to provide high-quality patient care and make a meaningful impact in the lives of newborns and their families. The estimated salary for this position is **$220,000** per year, plus benefits, including occurrence-based malpractice coverage, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment strategies. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care for well newborns
- Attend and manage level 2 deliveries, ensuring the health and safety of newborns
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of Ohio
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), PALS, and BLS certification required
