Job Summary

We're seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at our Hallmark Corporate owned Gold Crown store #103 in Arrowhead Towne Center located in Glendale, AZ. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers find and build the perfect card and gift solutions for the many days and ways in which they care.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional consumer shopping experience that leaves guests feeling inspired, ready to connect, and eager to return.
  • Make product recommendations that meet the customer's needs.
  • Work as a team to achieve store goals.
  • Perform store operational activities such as setting displays, stocking products, preparing online orders, cashiering, etc.
Requirements
  • At least 16 years of age with ability to meet work permit requirements, if applicable.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; climb a ladder, and carry up to 40 pounds, e.g., fixture parts and cartons.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer focused, with an ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
  • Strong sense of urgency, flexibility, and willingness to adapt to change.
  • Proficiency and comfort using a computer and other technology.

The hourly pay range for this position is between $14.35-14.75.
