Travel Case Manager RN Job in Indianapolis, IN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to fill a Case Manager RN position in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will have experience in case management and a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive case management services to patients and families
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Indiana
