Job Overview

Crown Staffing - Bardstown is proud to offer a challenging opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Lebanon, KY area.

This full-time position is available on 1st shift, offering a competitive hourly rate of $19. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the production process and facility maintenance, including:

  • Preventive maintenance schedule program
  • Supervision of outside contractors
  • Equipment installation and repair
  • Facility repairs and improvements
  • Utility service upgrades

The successful candidate will possess an Electrician license and have prior electrical experience. A resume is required for consideration.

This is a temporary position with intent to hire. Upon completion of the required 520 hours, the candidate may be considered for permanent placement with the client company.

Responsibilities

The Electrical Maintenance Technician will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Coordinating with outside contractors as needed
  • Assisting in the installation and repair of electrical systems and equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Requirements

To be considered for this position, the candidate must:

  • Hold an Electrician license
  • Have prior electrical experience
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
