Regional Reporting, Inc. (RRI) is a leading provider of loss prevention services tailored for the insurance sector, focusing on diverse insurance products. We are seeking a Loss Control Field Consultant to perform evaluations and generate reports for insurance underwriting purposes. The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of relevant experience, along with a solid grasp of commercial insurance categories and structural integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute onsite evaluations and document findings according to established guidelines
- Recognize potential risks and assess building construction features
- Complete tasks and reports within designated timeframes
- Maintain effective communication with the Field Manager to ensure timely completion of evaluations
- Coordinate evaluation schedules with insured parties
- Compile and report evaluation outcomes, including the submission of photographs and diagrams
- Travel to various sites, with occasional overnight stays required
- At least 2 years of experience in Loss Control services
- Thorough understanding of commercial insurance and building construction
- Excellent communication, time management, and computer proficiency
- Ability to work autonomously from a remote location with a reliable internet connection
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Certifications such as CSP, ARM, or similar credentials are advantageous
Field Consultants will engage in activities across various property sites, which may involve standing, walking, and climbing as necessary. Office tasks will require the use of a home computer for report preparation.
Job Type: Contract
Compensation: Starting at $35.00 per hour
Expected Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible, Monday to Friday
Work Location: Multiple locations
