Field Consultant - Loss Control

Regional Reporting, Inc. (RRI) is a leading provider of loss prevention services tailored for the insurance sector, focusing on diverse insurance products. We are seeking a Loss Control Field Consultant to perform evaluations and generate reports for insurance underwriting purposes. The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of relevant experience, along with a solid grasp of commercial insurance categories and structural integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute onsite evaluations and document findings according to established guidelines
  • Recognize potential risks and assess building construction features
  • Complete tasks and reports within designated timeframes
  • Maintain effective communication with the Field Manager to ensure timely completion of evaluations
  • Coordinate evaluation schedules with insured parties
  • Compile and report evaluation outcomes, including the submission of photographs and diagrams
  • Travel to various sites, with occasional overnight stays required
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Loss Control services
  • Thorough understanding of commercial insurance and building construction
  • Excellent communication, time management, and computer proficiency
  • Ability to work autonomously from a remote location with a reliable internet connection
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Certifications such as CSP, ARM, or similar credentials are advantageous
Work Environment:
Field Consultants will engage in activities across various property sites, which may involve standing, walking, and climbing as necessary. Office tasks will require the use of a home computer for report preparation.

Job Type: Contract
Compensation: Starting at $35.00 per hour
Expected Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible, Monday to Friday
Work Location: Multiple locations
