MGA Homecare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care to patients in their homes, promoting their health, well-being, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide wound care, vital sign monitoring, and other nursing interventions as needed.
- Document patient progress, including assessments, nursing actions, and responses to care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families on disease management, self-care, and prevention strategies.
Requirements:
- Current Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse License.
- Active Nursing License in good standing.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and effective problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Good organization and communication skills.
- Home health experience preferred.
