Dining Establishment Sanitation Worker Job Summary:

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff. Your duties will include cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the restaurant, including dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. You will also be responsible for safely operating the dishwasher and other equipment, as well as emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas. Additionally, you will support our cooks with prep work, preparation of Signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed. Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all areas of the restaurant, including dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils

• Safely operate the dishwasher and other equipment

• Empty all trash in the kitchen and other areas

• Support cooks with prep work, preparation of Signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
