Job SummaryThe Division of Pediatric Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at the University of Utah, Department of Pediatrics and Primary Children's Hospital (PCH), is seeking an outstanding triple board trained Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our growing faculty and provide both psychiatric and pediatric care at Primary Children's Hospital.
Clinical ResponsibilitiesClinically, this individual will spend half of their time working as a pediatric hospitalist and half of their time working as a child psychiatry attending on the behavioral health consult service, all at Primary Children's Hospital.
Clinical duties will include some nights, weekends, and pager call.
Research and EducationThe physician will work within multi-disciplinary teams to provide clinical care, educate future health care providers, conduct research, and engage in advocacy.
RequirementsQualified candidates must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Pediatrics, General Psychiatry, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
BenefitsThe selected candidate will receive a faculty appointment in the Department of Pediatrics on the Clinical or Tenure track at the academic level commensurate with experience and qualifications.
