Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support our project management activities. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience as an assistant and 3+ years in construction, with a strong understanding of construction SOV & Budgets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. This includes breaking projects into manageable tasks, setting timeframes, and assigning tasks to internal teams. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will assist with project procurement management, monitor project progress, and work closely with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.

This role requires excellent time management and communication skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook. The ideal candidate will be organized and able to complete work by due dates.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
  • Assign Project Manager with tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Help prepare budgets.
  • Assist with project procurement management.
  • Monitor project progress.
  • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years as an assistant.
  • 3+ years in construction.
  • Understanding of construction SOV & Budgets.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must be organized and be able to complete work by due dates.
