About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Embedded Security Solutions Director to join our team at Riscure North America. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our embedded security solutions business in the aerospace and defense industries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and executing a business plan that aligns with our company's strategic objectives, and for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the aerospace and defense industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business plan that aligns with our company's strategic objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aerospace and defense industries
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the aerospace and defense industries
  • Develop and manage a team of sales and business development professionals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on the aerospace and defense industries
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong background in embedded security solutions, with a focus on hardware and software security
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and manage a team of sales and business development professionals
