Job Title: Charge Nurse Cath Lab Full Time Days

At Saint Francis Hospital Memphis, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our Cath Lab team on a full-time basis. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of nurses in the Cath Lab, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with hospital standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • 1 year RN experience, with recent charge nurse experience in Labor and Delivery.
  • Cath Lab experience.
  • Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring.
