Mission Rock Residential, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for touring the property with prospective residents, assisting current residents with leases and maintenance, and ensuring the overall property operations run smoothly.

• Lease and pre-lease units to ensure a seamless resident experience
• Conduct property tours in all weather conditions to showcase the community's amenities and features
• Assist current residents with lease-related inquiries, maintenance requests, and other concerns
• Maintain model apartments to ensure they are always ready for showings
• Contribute to the overall property's cleanliness and organization by performing tasks such as vacuuming and cleaning windows
• Support resident retention efforts through parties and renewal initiatives
• Manage emails, phone calls, and maintain accurate records of resident interactions

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Leasing experience preferred, but not necessary
• Affordable Housing experience a plus
• Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on communication and self-motivation
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Valid Driver's License required

Monday - Thursday and Saturday, 9 am - 6 pm
