We are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to join our team, overseeing the financial management of both corporate and investment segments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with expertise in accounting, finance, and business acumen, able to drive visibility and insights into our business.

The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership to establish and monitor investment parameters for the finance teams and provide critical support to stakeholders on key operational and investment priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the corporate and investment segments' financial performance, including accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and taxes.
• Develop, oversee, and integrate the organization's strategic financial and reporting plans, covering Accounting, Treasury, Internal Control, Financial Instruments, Tax Compliance, and Strategy.
• Participate in the development and implementation of business strategies aligned with the company's mission and goals.
• Foster effective relationships with executive leaders, stakeholders, and external partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Postgraduate degree and/or certification such as CPA, CFA, MBA, CMA, FMVA, or similar Finance or Real Estate certification strongly preferred.
• At least 7 years of direct accounting or finance experience with increasing levels of responsibility, including real estate development and complex budgets.
• Expert knowledge of U.S. GAAP and real estate development and investment analysis.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
