About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate MDS Nurse to join our team at The Grove at Latrobe. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct and coordinate resident assessments to identify individualized care needs
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments and care plans
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to provide high-quality care and services to residents
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Licensure and registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing care facility or acute care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
