  • Work closely with other insurance agents to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and policy renewals.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients by processing insurance renewals and working to retain their business.
  • Investigate and resolve insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide expert advice on insurance-related matters.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Insurance Agent.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Appropriate insurance licensing as required by law.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of different types of life insurance and their benefits.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
