- Explain policies to clients to ensure they have a clear understanding of the insurance costs and benefits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for client outreach and engagement.
- Work closely with other insurance agents to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and policy renewals.
- Provide ongoing support to clients by processing insurance renewals and working to retain their business.
- Investigate and resolve insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide expert advice on insurance-related matters.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Insurance Agent.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field (preferred).
- Appropriate insurance licensing as required by law.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of different types of life insurance and their benefits.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
