Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to pass a physical, including a drug test and firearms training course.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle safely.
  • First Aid and CPR/AED certification required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff, volunteers, and visitors.

Working Conditions:

The Wildlife Security Officer will work in a fast-paced environment, often in inclement weather conditions. The ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, is required.
