Job Description
In this role, you'll provide direct patient care in the ICU, prioritizing wellness, patient safety, and evidence-based practice. You'll model proficiency through precepting new colleagues and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
With a focus on patient-centered care, you'll use the AACN's Synergy Model to guide your practice and incorporate various specialty certification standards into your work. As part of our Float Pool, you'll rotate through different units, gaining diverse experiences and developing your skills as a versatile nurse.
