Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Oncologist to join our team at an outpatient cancer practice in Plainfield, CT. The ideal candidate will split time between two locations, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical oncology services to patients, averaging 15 patients per day, including 1-2 new patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop treatment plans and coordinate care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Degree from an accredited medical school
  • Active Connecticut medical license
  • Board certification in medical oncology or related field

Work Environment:

The Medical Oncologist will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with limited on-call duty (approximately 1 in 5). The schedule is 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility.
