We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Resident Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for managing the entire resident funnel, from lead generation to onboarding. This is a high-impact and high-visibility role that requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist homeowners in making informed decisions and guide them through the process of getting their homes loved.
  • Problem-solve with homeowners to maximize their annualized revenue from their homes.
  • Conduct rent price analysis and qualitative analysis to help homeowners reduce vacancy costs.
  • Manage the application process for all residents applying to the homes you manage, qualifying leads and ensuring a smooth application process.
  • Collaborate with our member services team to build and advance memorable experiences for our homeowners and residents.
  • Lead initiatives to improve our internal processes with a focus on efficiency and growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate is a plus.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations.
  • Customer-service focused and detail-oriented.
  • Empathetic, kind, thoughtful, responsive, and timely.
  • Availability to work on weekends and some holidays.
  • Passion for working in an early-stage venture-backed startup with big dreams.
