About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Allina Health. As a key member of our Customer Experience Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Patient Access: Utilize active listening skills to identify customer needs and provide access to systemwide services.
  • Scheduling and Phone Support: Perform scheduling and phone support with a focus on customer service to enhance the consumer experience.
  • Data Collection and Entry: Ensure accurate and complete data collection entries, including systemwide registration processes and data needed to page critical events.
  • Utilize Computer Systems: Utilize various computer systems to perform scheduling and registration processes, including an electronic medical record.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Must be 16 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Associate's or Vocational degree, experience in a healthcare setting.
Physical Demands
  • Sedentary Work: Lifting weight up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequently.
