We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Specialist to join our team at Cross Country Locums. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Anaplastology, with a strong background in treating pediatric and adult patients with congenital or acquired facial/body anatomical deficits.

Job Description

The position involves evaluating, planning, designing, and treating patients within a system of outcomes-focused, digitally driven clinical protocols. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with support staff, including front desk, lab technicians, RNs, and dental assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating and planning treatment for patients with craniofacial and cleft conditions
  • Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Working collaboratively with support staff to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Board Certification in Anaplastology (BC)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Anaplastology
  • Pediatric and adult experience required
  • Preferred bilingual/Spanish language skills
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and continuing education opportunities.
