Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Overnight Parking Garage Attendant to join our team at AEG. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and secure overnight operation of our parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the premises and assist customers with parking needs
  • Enforce parking regulations and address any security or safety concerns that may arise during the night shift
  • Keep accurate records of vehicles entering and exiting the parking facility
  • Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with other staff or authorities when necessary
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Experience in heavy public contact and superior interpersonal and communication skills
Working Conditions
  • Work will be performed primarily indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Noise level will be minimal to moderate during non-event days and moderate to loud during event days
