Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing exceptional care to every patient
  • Educating patients on oral hygiene and offering postoperative guidance
  • Preparing patients for examinations and treatments
  • Setting up trays for dental procedures
  • Facilitating patient flow through effective communication and collaboration
  • Sterilizing and disinfecting all instruments and equipment
  • Documenting all procedures in the treatment chart
  • Adhering to all OSHA and HIPAA standards and protocols
  • Assisting the Doctor during procedures, including preparation and documentation
  • Changing and removing wires, brackets, and adhesives, as well as performing full digital impressions and workflows
  • Maintaining a fast-paced work environment while demonstrating excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Communicating professionally, both verbally and in writing, with a focus on service
  • Creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that reflects our company's core values
Qualifications
  • Team-oriented with professionalism, honesty, and reliability
  • Proficient in computer usage
  • Possession of a valid MA & CT Dental Assistant License
