Key ResponsibilitiesYour duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing exceptional care to every patient
- Educating patients on oral hygiene and offering postoperative guidance
- Preparing patients for examinations and treatments
- Setting up trays for dental procedures
- Facilitating patient flow through effective communication and collaboration
- Sterilizing and disinfecting all instruments and equipment
- Documenting all procedures in the treatment chart
- Adhering to all OSHA and HIPAA standards and protocols
- Assisting the Doctor during procedures, including preparation and documentation
- Changing and removing wires, brackets, and adhesives, as well as performing full digital impressions and workflows
- Maintaining a fast-paced work environment while demonstrating excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Communicating professionally, both verbally and in writing, with a focus on service
- Creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that reflects our company's core values
- Team-oriented with professionalism, honesty, and reliability
- Proficient in computer usage
- Possession of a valid MA & CT Dental Assistant License
