Minimum Experience: Entry-level

Reports to: Floral Manager

Work Schedule: 2-3 days a week from 8 AM to 5 PM (additional hours may be required during peak holiday seasons).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all incoming phone inquiries from customers.
  2. Efficiently process daily orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
  3. Verify and confirm all scheduled deliveries on a daily basis.
  4. Be prepared to work extended hours during high-demand holidays such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Thanksgiving.
  5. Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
  6. Assist in reconciling floral statements to maintain accurate records.
  7. Prepare and send out monthly invoices/statements at the start of each month.
  8. Organize and file all relevant paperwork systematically.
