We are seeking a skilled and experienced OBGYN physician to join our team at Britt Medical Search. Located in beautiful south-central Pennsylvania, this is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional to make a meaningful contribution to women's healthcare.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $250,000 per year, with the potential for additional income through incentives and bonuses. This comprehensive compensation package includes:

  • A competitive base salary of $220,000
  • A performance-based incentive program that can increase earnings by up to 20%

  • Malpractice coverage through the Federal Tort Claims Act
  • Three weeks of paid vacation annually, increasing to four weeks after four years of service
