">Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Staffing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals for various roles in revenue cycle staffing.
">Main Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit candidates for healthcare positions related to revenue cycle staffing, such as Patient Access, Patient Administration, Charge Management, and Patient Financial Services.">
- Built and maintain a talent pool to meet ongoing and future client staffing needs.">
- Utilize various recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.">
Candidate Screening & Interviews
">Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for healthcare revenue cycle roles.
">Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
">Relationship Management
">Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their staffing needs.
">Provide guidance to candidates regarding the hiring process, expectations, and compensation.
">Compliance & Onboarding
">Ensure that candidates meet all compliance requirements, including background checks, credential verification, and other relevant documentation.
">Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure timely placements.
">Market Research & Strategy
">Stay informed about trends in the healthcare staffing industry to better address client needs and improve recruitment strategies.
">Qualifications
">A bachelor's degree in human resources, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
">Previous experience in healthcare recruiting or staffing, with a focus on non-clinical healthcare roles such as healthcare revenue cycle staffing, is required.
">Knowledge of the healthcare industry and related compliance requirements is a plus.
">Skills
">Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
">Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
">Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
">Compensation & Benefits
">The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
