Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Staffing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals for various roles in revenue cycle staffing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit candidates for healthcare positions related to revenue cycle staffing, such as Patient Access, Patient Administration, Charge Management, and Patient Financial Services.">
  • Built and maintain a talent pool to meet ongoing and future client staffing needs.">
  • Utilize various recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.">

Candidate Screening & Interviews

">

Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for healthcare revenue cycle roles.

">

Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.

">

Relationship Management

">

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their staffing needs.

">

Provide guidance to candidates regarding the hiring process, expectations, and compensation.

">

Compliance & Onboarding

">

Ensure that candidates meet all compliance requirements, including background checks, credential verification, and other relevant documentation.

">

Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure timely placements.

">

Market Research & Strategy

">

Stay informed about trends in the healthcare staffing industry to better address client needs and improve recruitment strategies.

">

Qualifications

">

A bachelor's degree in human resources, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.

">

Previous experience in healthcare recruiting or staffing, with a focus on non-clinical healthcare roles such as healthcare revenue cycle staffing, is required.

Knowledge of the healthcare industry and related compliance requirements is a plus.

">

Skills

">

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

">

Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

">

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Compensation & Benefits

">

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
