Qualifications:

  • Expertise in change management, facilitation, and leadership development.
  • Proven ability to motivate and empower teams while maintaining professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Strong understanding of budget planning and fiscal management principles.
  • Ability to evaluate and direct the work of senior managers and staff effectively.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership practices.
  • Exceptional skills in preparing comprehensive reports and documentation.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to change, and manage projects successfully.
