Qualifications:

- Proven ability to motivate and empower teams while maintaining professionalism and diplomacy.
- Strong understanding of budget planning and fiscal management principles.
- Ability to evaluate and direct the work of senior managers and staff effectively.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership practices.
- Exceptional skills in preparing comprehensive reports and documentation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to change, and manage projects successfully.
