We are dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to our clients, and we are seeking experienced caregivers to join our team. As a CareLinx caregiver, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with unique needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and individuals in your community
  • Collaborate with a team of care advisors to match with clients that align with your preferences
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members
  • Manage varying client schedules and adapt to changing needs

Requirements

  • At least six (6) months of caregiving experience or relevant educational background (CNA, HHA, MA, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate in English (bilingual is a plus)
  • COVID vaccination status disclosure
  • Completion of required training and vetting
  • Medical documentation (physicals, TB tests) as required by state regulations
