Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled NICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Della Infotech. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to neonates in the NICU environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe and effective patient care to neonates in the NICU environment.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel.
  • Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition and/or response to treatment.
  • Provide a safe environment for patients and visitors.
Requirements
  • Current and valid state RN License.
  • Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
  • NRP (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
  • One year experience in an acute care setting with experience in nursery or NICU environment.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
