Job Description

Victoria Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest technology and equipment, providing individualized therapy to our patients.

About Victoria Nursing and Rehabilitation:

We offer a warm and relaxed environment for our residents, with elegant and spacious rooms featuring all the basic amenities. Our intensive programs focus on integrated therapy, taking place throughout 5,000 square feet of rehabilitation gym areas.

Requirements for LPN Position:

  • Active LPN license in the state of Florida or qualifying multi-state licensure.
  • Bilingual (Preferred, but not required)
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR)
  • Associates Degree (Minimum Requirement)

RN Responsibilities:

  • Nursing Functions * Quality & Safety * Charting & Documentation * Resident & Representative Communication
  • Ability to reconcile shift medications (i.e., Narcotic Medications).
  • Effectively conduct Medication Pass and document accordingly.
  • Accurately and Timely Electronic Charting and Documentation.
  • Completes all nursing multi-system assessments to include head to toe, vitals, dressing changes, applies protective skin barrier.
  • Uphold Residents Rights.
  • Communicate effectively with practitioners, physicians, and fellow staff.
  • Assess and evaluate residents plan of care to implement accordingly.
  • Promote Error Free Working Environment according to facility policies.
  • Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to promote Patient-Centered Care.
