Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to a pediatric patient in their home in Sherman, IL.
About the Role:- Provide skilled nursing care and services to patients in their homes, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to collect, analyze, and interpret data and information to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide skilled nursing care and services, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state of Illinois.
- One year of prior professional nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare or pediatric care.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray, and current BLS card.
