We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as the Senior Associate Director of Constituent Engagement. As a key member of the Whiting School of Engineering's development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with alumni, donors, and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will supervise an Associate Director and oversee an Administrative Coordinator. They will also be responsible for managing the overall Hopkins Engineering Alumni and Volunteer Engagement program, including creating a strategic annual alumni relations plan.
