Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our call center team at Blue Mountain Resort.

• Provide exceptional guest service via phone, email, and live chat for inbound and outbound resort inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to recommend and upsell products and services to callers.
• Abide by guest communication guidelines to increase caller satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed daily customer contact quotas.
• Maintain a courteous and service-oriented disposition, especially when faced with escalated situations.
• Place outbound calls to customers to promote new products and services during slow call volume periods.
• Monitor trends in incoming inquiries and alert the Call Center Manager of repetitive grievances or issues.
• Request refunds and replacements as needed.
