Role Summary:

Terra Sonic International seeks a talented Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on developing and improving existing machining, fabrication, and assembly processes to drive productivity, cost-effectiveness, and quality enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality principles, process improvement methodologies, and experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement process improvements to reduce lead times, increase efficiency, and enhance product quality.
  • Collaborate with coworkers and suppliers to identify opportunities for cost savings, quality improvements, and productivity gains.
  • Develop and maintain work instructions, control plans, and other process documentation to ensure smooth operations.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and lean principles throughout the organization.
  • Ensure safety and quality are integrated into every aspect of manufacturing and testing processes.

Requirements:

  • Five or more years of experience in process improvement, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of applying quality principles, Lean, and/or Six Sigma concepts to drive process improvements.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office products.
  • Practical knowledge of automation systems and manufacturing processes.
  • Associate's degree or higher in a technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
