Job Summary:
Wakefield Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our STRIVE Program at Dolbeare Elementary School. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the STRIVE Special Education Teacher and the Program BCBA to provide individualized support to students with autism.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students in the STRIVE program, implementing discrete trials and assisting in creating, implementing, and monitoring progress of individualized programming.
• Assist in delivering direct behavior-analytic services, implementing behavior plans, and collecting and graphing data to continuously monitor student response to treatment.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Work Schedule:
190 days total (180 school days + 10 days). The opportunity to work the Extended School Year Program in the summer is also available.

Compensation:
Highly competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.
