The Dock Experts is a dynamic and innovative company that is changing the face of marine construction in South Florida.
About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Marine Construction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of marine construction projects.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with property owners, TDX leadership, and personnel on pre-construction planning and logistics.
- Leading branch-level scheduling and logistics, and a team of superintendents on daily, weekly, and project-based activities for all marine construction projects.
- Championing development, maintenance, training, and administration of SOPs and Loss-Control Programs, performing site audits, and administering corrective action plans as necessary.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction or 5+ years of experience in marine construction.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marine construction, including leading construction projects.
- OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 Certified, OSHA 4-Hour Qualified Rigging & Signaling, NCCCO Certified, CPR & First Aid Certified, OUPV/Six-Pack Captain's License, and Class A CDL license.
