Overview:

Northern Arizona Healthcare Corporation is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Support Professional to join our team. As a member of our clinical operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care, including medication administration, vital sign checks, and laboratory testing.
  • Prepare patients for examinations, cast or splint applications, and perform minor tasks within the scope of knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring timely completion of documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to process enhancements and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Medical Assistant Diploma from an accredited program preferred.
  • Valid and active Medical Assistant Certification (e.g., CMA, RMA, NCMA) within 90 days of hire.
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association) within 90 days of hire.
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card application number upon hire; clearance card within 90 days of hire.

Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year
