As a key member of our Residential Treatment Program, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to children and adolescents in a residential treatment setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions as needed
- Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives
- Assume a leadership role in the program, with opportunities for professional growth and development
Requirements
- Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- Completion of a fellowship program in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of Virginia
