Overview

Air Methods is seeking a highly skilled Helicopter Pilot to join our team. As a member of our flight crew, you will be responsible for operating our aircraft in a safe and legal manner, ensuring the well-being of our patients and crew members.

Responsibilities
  • Operate Air Methods' aircraft in a safe and legal manner.
  • Complete pre-flight checks to ensure the aircraft's airworthiness.
  • Participate in regular meetings and activities to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with the medical team.
  • Conduct detailed flight planning with little notice to exacting standards.
Requirements
  • Pilots must have flown in category for a commercial operator or in the military within the previous 24 months.
  • Maintain a weight not to exceed 250 pounds and be less than seventy (70) years old.
  • Hold a Commercial & Instrument Rating (for category and class of aircraft) and an ATP rating in category.
  • Hold a First OR Second Class FAA Medical certificate.
